A 2002 graduate of Kalamazoo College, Patrick Jones founded The Yard Crew in 2003 with the vision of offering quality landscape services and a common-sense approach to business. “I believe that reliability, honesty and integrity, and making decisions that are in the best interest of my clients are the keys to true success.” He has studied horticulture at Triton college, where he focused on landscape design implenting native plants and others that do well in our region.
Jarrod Newman
Patrick’s cousin Jarrod Newman joined The Yard Crew in spring 2006 to help oversee operations. He has also studied landscape design at college, and he specializes in hardscape, including patios, walkways, ponds and lighting.
Three Uniformed Crews
The Yard Crew currently runs three uniformed crews throughout the season, two of which focus on the design and construction of gardens, patios, ponds, lighting and walls. Look for our red shirts with The Yard Crew tree logo in white.
